The governments of India and the United States have been holding talks on signing a free trade agreement between the two countries. As the first phase of this agreement, both countries have decided to enter into an interim trade agreement.
In this context, the G7 summit of member countries was held in France. President Trump and Prime Minister Modi, who attended it, met in person and held discussions on bilateral issues on Wednesday.
