Tamil.Zone operates an internal automation workflow to generate and publish Instagram content.
6.1 What we store
For Instagram publishing, we store:
- Images created for posts (e.g., slide images)
- Captions / text used in posts
We may also store minimal technical metadata needed to manage posting (for example file names and timestamps). We do not intentionally store private messages or attempt to collect sensitive information from Instagram users.
6.2 Why we store it
We store these materials to:
- Create and schedule Tamil.Zone Instagram posts
- Maintain consistent branding and content quality
- Troubleshoot or re-run posting workflows when needed
6.3 Where it is stored
Images and captions are stored on our server/VPS infrastructure used to run Tamil.Zone automation.
6.4 Retention
We keep stored images/captions for as long as necessary to:
- publish content
- maintain content history
- troubleshoot and improve the workflow
If you want a stricter retention period, you can adopt a policy like:
- automation working files retained for 30–90 days
- published post assets retained longer as an archive
(If you want, tell me the retention rule you prefer and I’ll insert it precisely.)
7) Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited information with service providers only as necessary to operate the website and automation, such as:
- Hosting provider (web hosting and/or VPS provider)
- Email provider (Hostinger email)
These providers may process data on our behalf for infrastructure and delivery.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce policies, or protect rights and safety.
