The Delhi court has granted the CBI permission to question the three accused who are in judicial custody in the NEET question paper leak case.
In-charge Judge Surender Mohit Singh heard the CBI’s petition seeking permission to question Manisha Sanjay Wagmare, Dhananjay Nivrutti Lokhande, and Shubham Madhukar Khairnar, all three of whom are in judicial custody.
The petition stated that, after the NEET exam for undergraduate medical courses was conducted across the country on May 3, three people had helped with the question paper leak and distribution even before the exam.
In order to obtain additional details regarding the investigation, the CBI had sought the Delhi court’s permission in its petition to question the accused.
The CBI has so far arrested 13 people in this case.
Following complaints related to the leak of the question paper for the NEET undergraduate exam, the National Testing Agency cancelled the exam on May 12.
It is noteworthy that the NEET retest is scheduled to be held on June 21.

நீட் வினாத்தாள் கசிவு வழக்கில் நீதிமன்ற காவலில் உள்ள குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டு மூவரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்த சிபிஐக்கு தில்லி நீதிமன்றம் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது.

விசாரணை தொடர்பாகக் கூடுதல் விவரங்களைப் பெறுவதற்காக, குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டவர்களிடம் விசாரணை நடத்த தில்லி நீதிமன்றத்தின் அனுமதியை சிபிஐ அளித்த மனுவில் கோரப்பட்டிருந்தது.
இந்த வழக்கில் சிபிஐ இதுவரை 13 பேரைக் கைது செய்துள்ளது.
நீட் இளநிலை தேர்வுக்கான வினாத்தாள் கசிவு தொடர்பான புகார்களைத் தொடர்ந்து, தேசியத் தேர்வுகள் முகமை மே 12-ஆம் தேதி அத்தேர்வை ரத்து செய்தது.
