Prices of smartphones in the Indian market have been revised. As a first step, the prices of certain model smartphones from iQOO and Vivo have been increased.
With this price hike, the iQOO 15, 15R, Neo 10, and Vivo T5 Pro smartphones, which were in the budget smartphone category, have now been placed in the premium smartphone category.
This price increase has now come into effect in the market. The price hike has also been reflected on online sales platforms.
This increase has occurred because the prices of components needed for smartphone production, especially memory chips, have risen and their production has declined.
Price Change
Prices of smartphones in the Vivo T5 Pro series have been increased the most. The Vivo T5 Pro smartphone with 8GB internal memory and 128GB storage was priced at Rs. 29,999. It has now been increased to Rs. 32,999.
Similarly, the smartphone with 8GB internal memory and 256GB storage was priced at Rs. 33,999, and it has now been increased to Rs. 36,999. That means an additional Rs. 3,000 has to be paid.
Prices of various models from iQOO have also been increased. The iQOO 15 model smartphone with 12GB internal memory and 256GB storage was priced at Rs. 72,999. It has now been increased to Rs. 74,999.
The smartphone with 12GB internal memory and 512GB storage has increased by Rs. 2,000 and is now priced at Rs. 81,999.
The iQOO 15R smartphone with 8GB + 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 47,999.
The iQOO 15R smartphone with 12GB + 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 52,999.
The iQOO 15R smartphone with 12GB + 512GB storage is priced at Rs. 59,999.
The iQOO Neo 10 with 8GB + 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 37,999.
The iQOO Neo 10 with 12GB + 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 42,999.
The prices of each smartphone model have increased by Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000.
