In this situation, some people filed petitions in the High Court seeking bail in the case of selling the drug Cool Lip.

If tobacco products are sold near schools, action should be taken by filing cases under the Juvenile Justice Act against the persons concerned, as well as against all those involved, including tobacco manufacturers, agents, and sellers. Dental and oral examinations should be conducted twice a year for students in all private and government schools. Appropriate counseling should be provided to students and their parents about the harms caused by the use of tobacco products.
A tobacco prevention center should be established in every district. In this regard, committees should be formed at the district and state levels to monitor the situation. A toll-free phone number and a website should be set up so that the public can lodge complaints about the use of tobacco products.
In every school, a committee consisting of one teacher and volunteers should be formed to monitor tobacco products. The Education Department and the Health Department should work together to create awareness among students.
Tobacco products including Cool Lip have been classified as unsafe food. Cool Lip tobacco products are designed in a way that attracts children.
As a result, many people are being affected. Taking this into account, the Central Government issued various orders, including that the State Governments should provide appropriate guidelines.
This order has not yet been implemented. Considering the welfare of students, he requested that an order be issued again to strictly enforce this directive.
