The Governor who left the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly within minutes – what happened?

The first session of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly for this year began today. The session was supposed to start with the Governor's speech, but Governor R.N. Ravi walked out, claiming he was disrespected. The Chief Minister proceeded with the session, stating that the Governor's speech had been read, and he has leveled 13 charges against the government.
