New Delhi: Leading pharmaceutical company Wockhardt Ltd, driven by strong revenue growth, posted a consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 107 crore in the first quarter ended June.
The company said it had incurred a loss of Rs. 108 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
Its consolidated revenue from operations in the first quarter stood at Rs. 929 crore. Last year, in the same period, it was Rs. 738 crore.
Total expenses in the quarter under review stood at Rs. 844 crore, compared with more than Rs. 770 crore in the same period last year.
Wockhardt Ltd on Monday reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 107 crore for the first quarter.
