Vishnu Prasad (Congress), Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary said, "The Reserve Bank does not maintain state-wise separate data on gold loans from banks and non-banking financial institutions. However, easily accessible gold loans through banks at low interest rates have greatly helped protect rural and small and micro workers from informal moneylenders," he noted.

In response to a question raised by Constantine Ravindran (DMK), Union Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy Sripad Yesso Naik said, "The PM-KUSUM scheme is being implemented based on requests made by state governments. Based on the advance proposals submitted by the Tamil Nadu government, 5,187 solar pumps were allotted to Tamil Nadu. Through this, farmers will get uninterrupted electricity during the daytime, and dependence on conventional power will decrease."

Dharmar (AIADMK), Union Minister of State for Health Prataprao Jadhav said, "According to the India Health Scheme 2023-24 report, Tamil Nadu has an advanced public health infrastructure that is functioning well, with 445 community health centers (388 rural, 39 urban, 18 hilly areas), 266 taluk-level hospitals, and 37 district government headquarters hospitals."

What is the status of the PM Skill Development Scheme?

In response to the question raised by Kamal Haasan (MNM), Union Minister of State for Corporate Affairs Harsh Malhotra said, "Under the Prime Minister's internship scheme, training opportunities were provided in two phases to thousands of young people from 38 districts of Tamil Nadu. In the first phase, opportunities were offered to 1,683 people, and 195 joined the training. Of them, 82 have completed the training. In the second phase, opportunities were offered to 1,656 people. Of them, 239 joined the training, and 59 have completed it," it was stated.

ஆர்.தர்மர் (அதிமுக) எழுப்பிய கேள்விக்கு, மத்திய சுகாதாரத் துறை இணையமைச்சர் பிரதாப் ராவ் ஜாதவ் அளித் பதிலில், “இந்திய சுகாதார திட்டம் 2023-24 அறிக்கையின்படி தமிழகத்தில் 445 சமூக சுகாதார மையங்கள் (388 கிராமப்புறம், 39 நகர்ப்புறம், 18 மலைப்பகுதி), 266 தாலுகா அளவிலான மருத்துவமனைகள் மற்றும் 37 மாவட்ட அரசு தலைமை மருத்துவமனைகளுடன் கூடிய அதிநவீனப் பொது சுகாதார கட்டமைப்பு சிறப்பாகச் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது’ என்று குறிப்பிட்டபட்டுள்ளது.

பிஎம் தொழில்பயிற்சித் திட்ட நிலை என்ன?

கமல்ஹாசன் (மநீம) எழுப்பிய கேள்விக்கு, மத்திய பெருநிறுவன விவகாரங்கள் துறை இணையமைச்சர் ஹர்ஷ் மல்ஹோத்ரா அளித்த பதிலில், “பிரதமரின் தொழில்பயிற்சித் திட்டத்தில் தமிழகத்தின் 38 மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து இரு கட்டங்களாக ஆயிரக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்களுக்குப் பயிற்சி வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. முதல் கட்டத்தில் 1,683 பேருக்கு வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டு, 195 பேர் பயிற்சியில் சேர்ந்தனர். அதில் 82 பேர் பயிற்சியை முடித்துள்ளனர். இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தில் 1,656 பேருக்கு வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டது. அதில் 239 பேர் பயிற்சியில் சேர்ந்த நிலையில் 59 பேர் அதை நிறைவு செய்துள்ளனர்’ என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
