He did what it was the opposition leader’s duty to do.

At that time, in the frustration of not getting water, someone in the crowd asked, “Water is coming to Trisha’s house; it’s coming only to her house.” “It comes only there,” he said. What is wrong with that? Is that some world-shattering mistake?

Water means drinking water, and we are looking at in court what the explanation for that water is. But what is wrong with this? What wrong meaning is there in it?

Just asking for the sake of argument, if we talk about Trisha, is there really such a need to rush immediately? Is that woman the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister of this country? No one has spoken about that woman personally, have they?

If all this had come after maturing in politics, conducting struggles, doing politics, and coming to power, then it would all make sense. We have spoken during Jayalalithaa’s time, we have spoken during Edappadi’s time, we have spoken during M.G.R.’s time. I myself was booked in 16 cases during Jayalalithaa’s time. But I was not arrested in even a single case.

Thalapathy Stalin has 40 cases against him, but he has not been arrested in even a single case. So, there is no arrest in cases like this at all.

Farmers in Thanjavur are all dying of starvation. This government has no time to pay attention to that. I will say only one thing: today they are turning our Udhayanidhi Stalin into the “young artist,” he noted.
