Vijay's speech
"People... we have cast our votes. Do not step back thinking the duty is done. From now on, you must stand with us. You must stand firmly with our government.
Only then can we implement all the good schemes meant for you."
'On this' we will oppose the central government
In welfare-oriented schemes, we are administratively cooperative with the central government.
But when it comes to the welfare of Tamil Nadu, whether it is decisions against state rights or policy decisions against Tamil Nadu, the TVK government will always oppose them.

This too is equal to freedom
If people come to know that they are being kept as slaves, they will come together. That is where caste and religion break down. Freedom is what is found in the place where such divisions break down.
We have been steadily progressing by holding on to the freedom that Mahatma Gandhi gave us on August 15, 1947.
Saving Tamil Nadu from bribery and corruption is also equal to freedom. That is what the TVK government is working toward.
