Chennai: “I seek your support and blessings,” said Singai Ramachandran, who has joined the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, in a tweet.
Singai Ramachandran was the candidate fielded by the AIADMK in the Coimbatore constituency in the last Lok Sabha election (2024). He had been serving as the party’s student wing secretary, and on July 23 he announced that he was leaving the AIADMK. He had posted his decision on social media at the time.
Meanwhile, today (Aug. 11), he joined the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam. He met Chief Minister Vijay in person and joined the party.
“I met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay in person and joined the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in his presence. I seek your support and blessings,” Singai Ramachandran posted on the social media platform X.
