Reports are emerging that Apple’s iPhone 17 will see a price increase.

Apple is set to release its new product, the iPhone 18, next month, and it is said that instead of a price cut, the previous model’s price will increase.

The Chinese social media platform Weibo has noted that, starting today, that is, from Aug. 10, the iPhone 17 will see a price hike.

At the beginning of this year, Apple’s products saw a price increase. There were changes in the prices of products such as the Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Studio Display. However, there was no change in the price of the iPhone.

This price change was largely due to increased memory and storage costs starting in June.

Why is the iPhone 17 getting a price increase?

Apple is set to launch the iPhone 18, iPhone 18 Pro, and iPhone 18 Pro Max smartphones next month. The iPhone 18 Pro Max will be Apple’s first foldable smartphone.
