Chennai: “In the incident near Dindigul where human waste was mixed into a school drinking water tank, instead of staging inspections, students’ safety must be ensured,” BJP state president Nainar Nagendran has urged.
In an X post he வெளியிட்டுள்ள, he said, “I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear the news that human feces had been found inside the drinking water tank from which students drink at the Government Middle School in Ayyalur, Dindigul district. I strongly condemn whoever committed this inhuman act of playing with the lives of young children in a temple of learning.
Before the wound of the Vengaivayal incident that shook all of Tamil Nadu has even healed, it is distressing that another atrocity has occurred. The most important reason for this is the lack of adequate security facilities in government schools. Therefore, from now on, instead of the TVK ministers conducting an “inspection drama” in schools with cameras, they should provide a concrete and firm solution for the safety of students.
He further urged that the criminals involved in this heinous act be identified immediately and subjected to strict legal action, and that all government school drinking water tanks across Tamil Nadu be properly inspected to ensure the safety of students,” said Nainar Nagendran.
