Arvind SmartSpaces first-quarter profit surges 8-fold!

New Delhi: Real estate company Arvind SmartSpaces Limited today announced that its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June increased eightfold to Rs. 97.39 crore.

The company’s net profit in the same period last year was Rs. 11.96 crore. Total revenue, which stood at Rs. 106.39 crore in the same period of the previous financial year, rose to Rs. 322.02 crore in the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year.

In terms of operational performance, sales bookings, which stood at Rs. 175 crore in the same period of the previous financial year, rose to Rs. 432 crore in the April-June quarter of the current financial year. The company said this is more than a two-fold increase.

Arvind SmartSpaces is undertaking real estate projects in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and Pune.
