Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi has strongly objected to the confusion in which Abu Dhabi was mentioned as the exam center on the admit card of a candidate appearing for the NEET re-exam.
Criticizing the National Testing Agency over this, Rahul Gandhi said, "A person from Nagpur had been preparing for the NEET re-exam for a month. But on the admit card issued for him to take the exam, the exam center was listed as Abu Dhabi.
He does not have a passport. His family does not have the money to send him abroad. And now there is no time either. What kind of situation is this? Can you even imagine it?
How did this happen? In reality, the National Testing Agency is testing the patience of the country’s children and their parents.
This organization cannot provide a test center in a candidate’s own city. But it can arrange test centers abroad.
They are nothing more than robbing an entire generation of its money, time, and peace of mind.
“Stop playing with our children’s future,” he said.
The issue of a candidate from Nagpur having Abu Dhabi listed as the exam center on their admit card has caused a major uproar.
