Marxist Communist MP Su. Venkatesan has condemned the National Testing Agency (NTA) for blocking the website and preventing fee refunds by asking students downloading their admit cards to reconfirm their bank account details.
Regarding this, on his X page,
"Due to the leak of the question paper for the NEET exam held on May 3, a re-exam will be conducted across the country on the 21st. The admit card for this was released yesterday (June 14) at 7 p.m. The NTA (National Testing Agency) website is forcing students trying to download it to reconfirm their bank account details.
If that link is clicked, the bank details already entered are displayed. If the 'Edit & Proceed' button alongside it is clicked, the website crashes. Then, when logging in again, the NTA has incorrectly shown the message, "You have agreed not to provide bank details" (You have agreed not to provide bank details), and has created a situation where only the admit card can be downloaded.
From 7 p.m. last night until early this morning, 4 lakh people downloaded their admit cards, the NTA said. For most of them, their bank details have disappeared. As a result, they are unable to get their exam fee refunded. The NTA, which assured the Supreme Court that it would refund the fee, raises suspicion that it is carrying out this planned fraud just to avoid paying it back.
Demands made to the NTA:
1. The bank account verification procedure that is mandatorily linked with the admit card must be removed immediately.
2. A separate facility should be provided for all students to upload their bank details so that they can receive a refund of the fee.
3. This facility should be kept active for two weeks after the re-examination is completed.
4. The NTA should issue a proper, transparent announcement regarding this.
Do not further trouble the students, who are already under mental stress and fear because the exam has been cancelled. Appropriate solutions should be provided swiftly in this matter," he posted.
He has also written a letter to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan regarding this.

நுழைவுச்சீட்டைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யும் மாணவர்களிடம், வங்கிக்கணக்கு விவரங்களை மீண்டும் உறுதி செய்யச் சொல்லி இணையதளத்தை முடக்கி, கட்டணம் திருப்பித் தருவதைத் தேசிய தேர்வு முகமை(என்டிஏ) தடுப்பதாக மார்க்சிஸ்ட் கம்யூனிஸ்ட் எம்.பி. சு.வெங்கடேசன் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இதுபற்றி அவர் தனது எக்ஸ் பக்கத்தில்,
“மே 3-ம் தேதி நடைபெற்ற நீட் தேர்வின் வினாத்தாள் கசிந்ததால், வரும் 21-ம் தேதி நாடு முழுவதும் மறுதேர்வு நடத்தப்படவுள்ளது. இதற்கான நுழைவுச்சீட்டு (Admit Card) நேற்று (ஜூன் 14) இரவு 7 மணிக்கு வெளியிடப்பட்டது. அதனைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய முயலும் மாணவர்களிடம், வங்கிக் கணக்கு விவரங்களை மீண்டும் உறுதி செய்யுமாறு என்.டி.ஏ. அந்த இணைப்பைக் கிளிக் செய்தால், ஏற்கனவே பதிவு செய்த வங்கி விவரங்கள் காட்டப்படுகின்றன. அதனுடன் இருக்கும் ‘Edit & Proceed’ பொத்தானைக் கிளிக் செய்தால், இணையதளம் முடங்கிவிடுகிறது. பிறகு மீண்டும் உள்நுழையும்போது, “நீங்கள் உங்கள் வங்கிக் கணக்கு விவரங்களைத் தர விரும்பவில்லை” (You have agreed not to provide bank details) என்று தவறாகக் காட்டி, நுழைவுச்சீட்டை மட்டும் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யும் நிலையை என்.டி.ஏ. உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.
நேற்றிரவு 7 மணி முதல் இன்று அதிகாலை வரை 4 லட்சம் பேர் நுழைவுச்சீட்டைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ததாக என்.டி.ஏ. தெரிவித்துள்ளது. அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலானோரின் வங்கி விவரங்கள் மாயமாகியுள்ளன. இதனால், தேர்வுக் கட்டணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற இயலாத சூழல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. கட்டணத்தைத் திருப்பித் தருவோம் என உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் உறுதி அளித்த என்.டி.ஏ., அதைத் தராமல் இருக்கவே இந்தத் திட்டமிட்ட மோசடியைச் செய்கிறதோ என்ற சந்தேகம் எழுகிறது.
என்.டி.ஏ-க்கு விடுக்கப்படும் கோரிக்கைகள்:
1. நுழைவுச்சீட்டுடன் கட்டாயமாக இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள வங்கிக் கணக்கு சரிபார்ப்பு நடைமுறையை உடனடியாக நீக்க வேண்டும்.
2. அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் கட்டணத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற ஏதுவாக, வங்கி விவரங்களைப் பதிவேற்றும் வசதியைத் தனியாக வழங்க வேண்டும்.
3. இந்த வசதியை மறுதேர்வு முடிந்த பிறகு இரண்டு வாரங்கள் வரை செயல்பாட்டில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
4. இது குறித்து முறையான, வெளிப்படையான அறிவிப்பை என்.டி.ஏ. வெளியிட வேண்டும்.
ஏற்கனவே தேர்வு ரத்தானதால் மன உளைச்சலிலும், அச்சத்திலும் இருக்கும் மாணவர்களை மேலும் சிரமத்திற்கு உள்ளாக்காதீர்கள். இவ்விவகாரத்தில் உரிய தீர்வுகளை விரைந்து அளிக்க வேண்டும்” என்று பதிவிட்டுள்ளார்.
மேலும், இதுதொடர்பாக மத்திய கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதானுக்கு கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
