Due to the various initiatives of the National Democratic Alliance government, Indian youth are creating a success story, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Saturday.
He also noted that the Central government is working strongly toward youth-led development.
The National Democratic Alliance government led by Prime Minister Modi at the Centre recently completed 12 years in office. With this, Modi set the record as the Prime Minister elected by the people and the one who has held office continuously for the longest period.
In an X post released by Prime Minister Modi on Saturday about the progress of youth during this 12-year period, he said:
The National Democratic Alliance government is working strongly toward youth-led development. The fact that young people are moving forward with high aspirations and confidence is a key feature that defines the performance of the government over the past 12 years.
Through initiatives such as Startup India, Digital India, Skill India, and the Atal Innovation Mission, an ecosystem has been created in the country that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprises.
India stands as one of the world’s leading countries with a favorable environment for startups. These success stories are being created by our youth, especially young people from small towns and villages.
Satisfaction from the youth:
From science and technology to space, semiconductors, and drone technology, Indian youth are making their mark. It has filled my heart with pride that Indian youth are playing a key role in important sectors that will shape not only India’s future but the world’s future as well.
In international sports and other competitions, our youth are bringing immense pride to the nation. Prime Minister Modi noted that through a strong ecosystem in sports, excellent infrastructure, and great support for athletes, new opportunities are being created for young talent, encouraging them to continue pursuing sports in the best possible way.
Modi, who has been serving as the country’s Prime Minister for a third consecutive term, completed 4,399 days in office on June 10. With this, he surpassed Nehru’s record of being the Prime Minister elected by the people and serving continuously for the longest period.
