U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday (June 16) that he would soon release the agreement document with Iran.
This year’s G7 summit is being held in the French city of Evian from June 15 to 17. As part of the G7 summit, the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Donald Trump met and held discussions.
During this discussion, U.S. President Donald Trump said:
I will release the full agreement document with Iran soon. Before doing that, I want to make a formal arrangement first. But I have no problem with releasing it. It is a great document.
It states that Iran will never have nuclear weapons. Donald Trump said that he would hold a press conference and read that statement aloud in full, in front of the camera.
It is noteworthy that earlier announcements had stated that the Iran-U.S. peace agreement was final and that both countries would sign the agreement on June 19.
The G7 summit is an organization in which the leaders of the seven countries at the forefront of the global economy meet annually to discuss international affairs.
