Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit has criticized the DMK, saying it should remember that it worked together with the BJP during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s tenure.

“The DMK should remember that it worked together with the BJP during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s tenure in office, and that it has not always stood only with secular forces. There has never been just one kind of alliance pattern in Tamil Nadu.
If it wants to level criticism at the Congress, it is free to do so. But if viewed from a broader perspective, alliances in Tamil Nadu have been changing over time. The DMK has criticized the Congress many times, but it has also been in alliance with us. In politics, all this is natural.
Rahul Gandhi has demonstrated generosity and magnanimity. According to political observers, state parties should move beyond their narrow-mindedness,” he noted.
He also spoke about the Telegram app being blocked ahead of the NEET retest, saying,
“The NEET issue is a complete failure of the government. Like WhatsApp and other social media platforms, Telegram is also a platform that operates on encryption technology. If that is the case, why take action only against Telegram?
Those who intend to engage in fraud have many ways to hide their identity or operate secretly. The ban on Telegram will only affect people who use it for ordinary conversations,” he said.
