இது குறித்து அங்கிருந்த பயணிகள் பேசும்போது,
“பேருந்து நிலையம் கட்டாய தேவையாக உள்ளது. முன்பக்கம் மட்டுமே பேருந்து வந்து செல்வதால் நெருக்கடியான சூழலை எதிர்கொள்கிறோம். இட நெருக்கடி உள்ளதால் பேருந்துகள் நிறுத்துவதில் மற்றும் அடுத்த பேருந்துக்காக வெகுநேரம் காத்திருக்க வேண்டிய நிலையே நீடிக்கிறது” என்கின்றனர் பயணிகள்.

“இந்த பேருந்து நிலையம் ஏதோ பிரச்னையில் உள்ளது. அதனால்தான் கட்டுமான பணிகள் அப்படியே நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இட நெருக்கடி காரணமாக பேருந்து இயக்குவதில் இடர்பாடுகள் ஏற்படுகிறது. முழுமையாக பணிகள் முடிந்த பிறகு மக்களுக்கும் பேருந்துகளுக்கும் போதுமான இட வசதிகள் கிடைக்கும். ஆதலால், அரசு விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்” என்று கோரிக்கை வைக்கின்றனர்.
இது குறித்து அரியலூர் மாவட்ட நகராட்சி அலுவலகத்தில் விசாரித்தபோது,
“பேருந்து நிலையம் கட்டுவதில் அரசுக்கு எந்த நிதி பிரச்னையும் இல்லை. பேருந்து நிலையம் கட்டுமான டெண்டர் தொடர்பாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதனால் நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுக்காக காத்திருக்கிறோம்.
நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவு கிடைத்தவுடன் அதற்கான பணிகள் விரைந்து முடித்து, மக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டுவரப்படும்” என்று குறிப்பிட்டனர்.
