எந்த அரசியல் கட்சியாக இருந்தாலும் ஆட்சி அதிகாரத்திற்கு வர வேண்டும் என்று தான் நினைப்பார்கள். கூட்டணி ஆட்சி அமைகின்ற சூழ்நிலை தமிழ்நாட்டில் ஏற்படும், அது எந்த கூட்டணியாக இருந்தாலும் சரி, எந்தக் கட்சிக்கும் அறுதி பெரும்பான்மை கிடைக்காத நிலையில் கூட்டணி ஆட்சி தான் அமையும்” என்றார்.
