Moreover, the historic event of the national anthem being sung for the first time at the beginning and at the end of the Governor’s address in the Legislative Assembly has fulfilled the expectations of the people of Tamil Nadu that there should be a harmonious atmosphere between the state government and the people’s house, and it is no exaggeration to say that it has been in a way that upholds the dignity of democracy.
“In a democracy, the government that is ruled must establish an integrated, harmonious relationship across all sides and work toward the goal that a stable, exemplary government should function with the objective of fulfilling the people’s expectations and needs. It is heartening that we have all begun to journey together toward that goal,” he posted.

The first legislative assembly session of the TVK government led by Chief Minister Joseph Vijay began today with the Governor’s address.
The Governor read out the speech prepared by the government exactly as it was, without making any changes. Even though it contained several points against the central government, the fact that he read it as it was in the government’s speech is being widely discussed.
Similarly, at the start of a Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly session, the Tamil Thai Vazhthu is usually sung, and the National Anthem is played at the end. சட்டப்பேரவை நிகழ்வின் தொடக்கத்திலும் இறுதியிலும் என 2 முறை தேசிய கீதம் பாடப்பட்டது, மாநில அரசு – மக்கள் மாளிகை இடையே இணக்கமான சூழல் நிலவ வேண்டும் என்பதைக் காட்டுவதாக ஆளுநர் ஆர்.வி. ஆர்லேகர் பெருமிதம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இதுபற்றி ஆளுநர் மாளிகை பக்கத்தில்,
“தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத்தில் புதிய உதயம் தோன்றிய நாள் இன்று என்பதை மக்களுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.
மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு ஆளுநரின் முழு உரையும் எவ்வித இடையூறும் இன்றி, சட்டமன்றத்தில் இன்று வாசிக்கப் பெற்றது மன நிறைவைத் தருகிறது.
மேலும், முதல் முறையாக சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஆளுநர் உரையின் தொடக்கத்திலும், ஆளுநர் உரையின் இறுதியிலும் தேசிய கீதம் பாடப்பட்ட சரித்திர நிகழ்வானது, மாநில அரசு மற்றும் மக்கள் மாளிகை இடையே இணக்கமான சூழல் நிலவ வேண்டும் என்ற தமிழக மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பை பூர்த்தி செய்து, மக்களாட்சியின் மாண்பை நிலை நாட்டும் விதமாக அமைந்துள்ளது என்றால் அது மிகையல்ல.
ஜனநாயகத்தில் ஆளப்படும் ஆட்சியானது, ஒருங்கிணைந்த, இணக்கமான உறவை அனைத்து தரப்பிலும் நிலைநாட்டி, மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்புகளை, தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வதையே ஓர் நிலையான, முன்னுதாரணமான அரசானது தனது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்ற இலக்கை நோக்கி நாம் அனைவரும் இணைந்து பயணிக்கத் தொடங்கியுள்ளோம் என்பது மனதுக்கு நிறைவைத் தருகிறது” என்று பதிவிட்டுள்ளார்.

2 முறை தேசிய கீதம்
முதல்வர் ஜோசப் விஜய் தலைமையிலான தவெக அரசின் முதல் சட்டப்பேரவைக் கூட்டத்தொடர் இன்று ஆளுநர் உரையுடன் தொடங்கியது.
அரசு தயாரித்துக் கொடுத்த உரையை எந்தவித மாற்றமும் இன்றி ஆளுநர் அப்படியே வாசித்தார், மத்திய அரசுக்கு எதிரான பல்வேறு விஷயங்கள் அதில் இடம்பெற்றிருந்தும் அவர் அரசு உரையில் இருந்தபடியே வாசித்தது பரவலாகப் பேசப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
அதேபோல வழக்கமாக தமிழக சட்டப்பேரவை நிகழ்வின் தொடக்கத்தில் தமிழ்த்தாய் வாழ்த்து, இறுதியில் தேசிய கீதம் இசைக்கப்படும். இன்று தொடக்கத்தில் தமிழ்த்தாய் வாழ்த்து, பின்னர் தேசிய கீதம் இசைக்கப்பட்டது. அதேபோல பேரவை நிகழ்வு முடிவிலும் தேசிய கீதம் இசைக்கப்பட்டது. எதிர்கட்சியினர் பலரும் இதனை விமர்சனம் செய்து வரும் நிலையில் ஆளுநர் பெருமிதம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
