The India-UK free trade agreement is set to come into effect on July 15 this year, Prime Minister Modi has said.

The India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (free trade agreement) is set to come into effect on July 15 this year. This agreement will significantly increase bilateral trade and investment.
This agreement will provide abundant opportunities for a large number of farmers, workers, small, micro and medium enterprises, startup companies, and those engaged in new innovations. In addition, this agreement will also pave the way for making a meaningful contribution to realizing the dream of a developed India by 2047.
