Tanjore: DMK members, angered by Papanasam constituency MLA and Minority Welfare Minister Shajahan criticizing the DMK, have caused a stir by putting up posters in Tanjore demanding that he apologize.
Recently, while speaking at an event held in Virudhunagar district, Minority Welfare Minister Shajahan criticized the DMK and said that the DMK would be wiped out within 50 years.
Angered by this, DMK members have put up posters in the Papanasam constituency and Perur areas condemning him and demanding an apology for the minister’s remarks, referring to him as “the chameleon Shahjahan who won in the Papanasam constituency thanks to the DMK and then criticizes the DMK.”
Upon receiving information about this, the police began removing the posters put up in the constituency condemning the minister.
They have also seized more than 100 posters from the person who put them up and are conducting an investigation. The posting of posters condemning the minister in the Papanasam area has caused a stir.

இதனால் ஆத்திரமடைந்த திமுகவினர், “பாபநாசம் தொகுதியில் திமுக தயவில் வெற்றி பெற்றுவிட்டு, திமுகவை விமர்சனம் செய்யும் பச்சோந்தி ஷாஜஹானே” என்று குறிப்பிட்டு கண்டனம் மற்றும் அமைச்சரின் பேச்சிற்கு மன்னிப்பு கோரியும் பாபநாசம் தொகுதி மற்றும் பேரூர் பகுதிகளில் போஸ்டர்களாக ஒட்டியுள்ளனர்.
இதுகுறித்து தகவலறிந்த போலீஸார், தொகுதியில் அமைச்சரை கண்டித்து ஒட்டப்பட்ட போஸ்டர்களை அகற்றும் பணியில் ஈடுபட்டனர்.
மேலும் போஸ்டர் ஒட்டியவரிடம் இருந்த 100-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட போஸ்டர்களை பறிமுதல் செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர். அமைச்சரை கண்டித்து பாபநாசம் பகுதியில் போஸ்டர் ஒட்டப்பட்டது பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
