On the day after the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the admit cards for the NEET (NEET-UG 2026) retest scheduled for June 21, several candidates alleged that their bank account details had disappeared due to a technical glitch in the verification process for fee refunds.
The issue may have occurred because lakhs of people accessed the website at the same time.
For some, messages such as 503 Service Unavailable, Internal Server Error, Website Timeout, and Page Not Loading are appearing.
It has been stated that the NEET entrance exam can be downloaded and saved not only from the website, but also through the DigiLocker and UMANG apps.
