Women’s representation in DMK is questionable! The peak of the success of Kalaignar’s Women’s Entitlement Scheme is that neighboring states are also implementing this scheme. The entitlement scheme is being implemented in ten states: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Puducherry, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, and Sikkim. It stands as a scheme for women’s renaissance. The ‘Victorious Tamil Women’ program: this thousand rupees is just the beginning.
In this scheme, we have so far provided Rs. 28,000 monthly to 1,375,492 sisters. To increase the number, I announced that women who missed out can also apply through Stalin camps. This morning, Rs. 1,000 was deposited into the bank accounts of 1,694,339 people. From now on, 13,069,839 sisters in Tamil Nadu will continuously receive Rs. 1,000 every month. In victorious Tamil Nadu, where women stand tall, the entitlement amount will surely increase as women walk with pride.
Women's rights will also rise. சென்னையில் இன்று (டிசம்பர் 12) நடைபெற்ற இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்துகொண்ட ஸ்டாலின், மகளிர் உரிமைத் தொகை மேலும் உயரும் என்றும், வரலாற்று ஆசிரியர்கள் மகளிர் முன்னேற்றத்தின் புதிய அத்தியாயம் ஸ்டாலினின் திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சியில்தான் தொடங்கியது என்று எழுதுவார்கள் என்றும் பெருமிதம் கொண்டார்.
நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய ஸ்டாலின், “இங்கு பேசிய எல்லோருடைய பேச்சையும் கேட்டு நெகிழ்ந்தேன். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக இரண்டு பேரை அழைத்திருக்கிறோம். ஒருவர் கிருஷ்ணம்மாள், நூறு வயதில் நிறை வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்து பொது வாழ்வில் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்.

பெண்களுக்கு கையில் காசு இருப்பதால் கூடுதல் சமூக மதிப்பு. கலைஞர் மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை திட்டம், நன்னிலம் மகளிர் நில உடமை திட்டம், விடியல் பயணம், மக்களைத் தேடி மருத்துவம், சுய உதவிக் குழுக்கள், வெற்றி நிச்சயம், நலம் காக்கும் ஸ்டாலின், பெண் தொழில் முனைவோர், தோழி விடுதிகள் என நம் திராவிட மாடல் அரசின் எண்ணற்றத் திட்டங்களால் பயனடைந்த, வெல்லும் தமிழ் பெண்களாக இங்கே தங்களின் வெற்றிகளைச் சொல்லும்போது திராவிட இயக்கத்தின் தொண்டனாக எனக்கு அளவில்லாத பெருமை உண்டாகியிருக்கிறது.
கலைஞர் மகளிர் உரிமைத்தொகை திட்டத்தின் வெற்றியின் உச்சம் என்பது அண்டை மாநிலங்களில்கூட இந்த திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
மக்கள் நலத் திட்டங்களை இலவசங்கள் என்று கொச்சைப்படுத்துகிறவர்கள்கூட அவர்களுடைய மாநிலங்களில் இந்தத் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த தொடங்கிவிட்டார்கள்.
மத்தியப்பிரதேசம், மகாராஷ்டிரா, சத்தீஸ்கர், ஒடிசா, புதுச்சேரி, கர்நாடகா, ஜார்கண்ட், இமாச்சலப்பிரதேசம், மேற்கு வங்கம், சிக்கிம் எனப் பத்து மாநிலங்களில் உரிமைத்தொகை. மகளிர் மறுமலர்ச்சிக்கான திட்டமாக உயர்ந்து நிற்கிறது.
இந்த ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் என்பது வெறும் தொடக்க மட்டும் தான். இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் இதுவரைக்கும் 13,75,492 சகோதரிகளுக்கு மாதந்தோறும் இதுவரை 28,000 ரூபாய் வழங்கியிருக்கிறோம்.
எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிப்பதற்காக மக்களிடம் ஸ்டாலின் முகாம்கள் மூலம் விடுபட்ட மகளிரும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம் என்று அறிவித்தேன். இன்று காலை 16,94,339 பேருக்கு வங்கிக் கணக்கில் ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் போட்டு விட்டோம்.
இனிமேல் தமிழ்நாட்டில் இருக்கின்ற 1,30,69,839 சகோதரிகளுக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் தொடர்ந்து கிடைக்கும்.
தலைநிமிரும் தமிழ்நாட்டில் பெண்கள் உயர்ந்த நடை போட நிச்சயம் உரிமைத்தொகையும் உயரும், பெண்களின் உரிமையும் உயரும்.
எதிர்காலத்தில் வரலாற்று ஆசிரியர்கள் வரலாற்றை எழுதும்போது மகளிர் முன்னேற்றத்தின் புதிய அத்தியாயம் ஸ்டாலினின் திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சியில்தான் தொடங்கியது என்றுதான் எழுதுவார்கள் என்று உறுதியாக சொல்கிறேன்.
