The special session of Parliament is convening today (April 16). The central government had planned to implement constitutional amendment bills related to delimitation of constituencies and women's reservation in the special session of Parliament. இந்நிலையில் தற்போது மகளிர் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதாவை மக்களவையில் மத்திய சட்டத்துறை அமைச்சர் அர்ஜீன் ராம் மேக்வால் தாக்கல் செய்திருக்கிறார்.
இந்த மசோதாவிற்கு எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் தங்களது ஆதரவைத் தெரிவித்திருக்கின்றனர். அதேசமயம் தொகுதி மறுவரையறை மசோதாவுக்கு திமுக, காங்கிரஸ் உள்ளிட்ட எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் தொடர்ந்து நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் தங்களது எதிர்ப்புகளைத் தெரிவித்து வருகின்றன.
அந்தவகையில் தொகுதி மறுவரையறை மசோதா குறித்து நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் பேசிய திமுக எம்.பி டி.ஆர் பாலு, “திமுக இந்தத் தொகுதி மறுவரையறை மசோதாவை எதிர்க்கிறது.
எங்களின் நிலைப்பாட்டில் நாங்கள் தெளிவாக உள்ளோம். பெண்கள் இடஒதுக்கீடு மசோதாவை அமல்படுத்த திமுக எப்போதும் ஆதரவாகவே உள்ளது. தற்போதைய நிலையில் புதிதாக எந்த மசோதாவும் தேவையில்லை” என்று தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்.
தொகுதி மறுவரையறை மசோதாவை நிறைவேற்ற 3-ல் 2 பங்கு உறுப்பினர்களின் ஆதரவு தேவை. அந்தவகையில் மக்களவையில் தேசிய ஜனநாயகக் கூட்டணிக்கு 293 உறுப்பினர்கள் மட்டுமே உள்ளனர். எதிர்க்கட்சிகளுக்கு 234 உறுப்பினர்கள் உள்ளனர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
