தமிழக மக்களே… நீங்கள் அனைவரும் நம் தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழகத்திற்கு வாக்களிக்க விரும்பினீர்கள் என்பது நமக்கும் நன்றாகவே தெரியும். இருந்தும், சில சூழல்களால், நமக்கு வாக்களிக்க இயலாமல் போனவர்கள், இப்போது மனம் வருந்துவதையும் நம்மால் உணர முடிகிறது. இனிவரும் காலங்களில் ஒட்டுமொத்தத் தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களின் ஆதரவையும் உங்கள் தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழகம் பெறும் என்பதையும் உறுதியாக நம்புகிறோம்.
இன்று, சட்டமன்றத்தில் எதிர்க்கட்சியினர் சிலர் பேசியதை நீங்கள் அனைவரும் பார்த்திருப்பீர்கள். அது குறித்து, சில விளக்கங்களை நம் உறவுகளாகிய தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அளிக்க வேண்டியது மக்களின் முதல் மற்றும் உண்மைப் பிரதிநிதியான நமது கடமை.
பெரும்பான்மையான தமிழக மக்களின் ஆதரவை நாம் பெறவில்லை என்ற அரதப் பழைய, புளித்துப்போன வாதத்தை மாண்புமிகு எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர் அவர்கள் வழக்கம் போலான அவரது பாணியில் எடுத்து வைத்தார். அது குறித்து, தமிழக மக்களான நீங்கள் அனைவரும், 2006-இல் 100 சதவிகித வாக்குகளுடன், 234 தொகுதிகளிலும் வென்று, ‘தனிப் பெரும்பான்மை பெற்று(?)’ அமைந்த தி.மு.க. அரசை நினைத்துப் பார்த்து, நமுட்டுச் சிரிப்பை உதிர்த்து இருப்பீர்கள் என்பதும் நாடே அறிந்ததுதான்.
எல்லாம் தெரிந்த ஏகாம்பரமான தி.மு.க.வுக்கு எப்போதும் யதார்த்தம் புரியவே போவதில்லை.
ஆகவே, மக்களிடம் நாம் வாக்குகள் குறித்த சிலவற்றைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வோம்.
நம் த.வெ.க.விற்குக் கிடைத்த வாக்கு சதவிகிதம் 34.92. அதாவது ஏறக்குறைய 35 சதவிகிதம். ஆனால், மாண்புமிகு எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர் சார்ந்த கட்சியான தி.மு.க., கூட்டணிக் கட்சிகளின் ஓட்டுகளையும் பெற்றுத்தான் சில தொகுதிகளிலாவது வென்றது என்பது உண்மை என்றாலும், தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் தி.மு.க.வின் வாக்கு சதவிகிதம் மட்டும் எவ்வளவு தெரியுமா?. வெறும் 24.19 சதவிகிதம் மட்டுமே.
அதாவது கூட்டணி இல்லாமல் தனித்துப் போட்டியிட்ட நம் த.வெ.க. பெற்ற வாக்கு சதவிகிதத்தைவிட 10 சதவிகிதத்திற்கும் கீழ். மிகவும் குறைவு. அதேபோல, தி.மு.க. தனிக் கட்சியாகப் பெற்ற வாக்குகள் ஒரு கோடியே 19 லட்சத்து 29 ஆயிரத்து 144 மட்டுமே.
ஆனால், நம் தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழகம் தனித்து நின்று பெற்ற வாக்குகள் எவ்வளவு தெரியுமா? ஒரு கோடியே 72 லட்சத்து 26 ஆயிரத்து 209 வாக்குகள். தி.மு.க.வை விட 52 லட்சத்து 97 ஆயிரத்து 65 வாக்குகள் அதிகம் பெற்றுள்ளோம்.
ஏறக்குறைய அரைக் கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான மக்களின் வாக்குகள் அவை. இவை எல்லாம் நாம் சொல்லும் கணக்கன்று. தேர்தல் ஆணையம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள கணக்கு.
இது தெரிந்தும், புள்ளிவிவரப் புலி தி.மு.க. எடுத்து வைக்கும் வாதத்தை என்னவென்று சொல்ல? இது மட்டுமா? நம் த.வெ.க.வை 3 கோடியே 21 லட்சம் (இதில் சில லட்சம் வாக்குகள் அதிகமாக சொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளது) மக்கள் நிராகரித்ததாகத் தி.மு.க. சார்பாகக் கூறுகின்றனர்.
அப்படிப் பார்த்தால், தி.மு.க. மட்டும் தனியாக வாங்கிய வாக்குகளின்படி 3 கோடியே 68 லட்சம் மக்களால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட கட்சிதான் தி.மு.க.
சதவிகிதக் கணக்குப்படி பார்த்தாலும் த.வெ.க. 35 சதவிகிதம் எனில், தி.மு.க. 24 சதவிகிதம்தான். அதன்படி பார்த்தாலும்கூட, தமிழ்நாட்டின் 76 சதவிகித மக்கள் தி.மு.க.வே தங்களுக்குத் தேவை இல்லை என்று தீர்க்கமாக முடிவெடுத்து, ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக அக்கட்சியை நிராகரித்துள்ளனர்.
இப்படி தமிழகத்தின் முக்கால்வாசி மக்களால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு கட்சி, 35 சதவிகித மக்களின் ஆதரவுடன் வெற்றி பெற்ற கட்சியைப் பார்த்து ஏளனமாகப் பேசுவதன் காரணம் என்ன என்பதை மக்கள் அறியாதவர்களா என்ன?
மக்கள் மீது கடன்சுமையை ஏற்றி வைத்துவிட்டு, அது வளர்ச்சிக்காகப் பெற்ற கடன் என்று வாய்வித்தைக் காட்டும் தி.மு.க., நம்மைப் பார்த்து ஆதரவைக் கடன் பெற்றதாகக் கூறி உள்ளதை என்னவென்று சொல்ல?
மதச்சார்பற்ற நிலைப்பாட்டில் நாம் உறுதியாக இருப்பதால்தான் நமது அரசைக் காங்கிரஸ், வி.சி.க., சி.பி.ஐ., சி.பி.ஐ. (எம்) மற்றும் இந்திய யூனியன் முஸ்லிம் லீக் கட்சிகள் ஆதரித்தன. அதை அக்கட்சிகளின் தலைவர்கள் ஊடகங்களிலும் வெளிப்படுத்தினர். இதையும் தி.மு.க. ஏளனமாகப் பேசி உள்ளது எந்தக் கணக்கில் என்று புரியவில்லை. அதையும் மக்களான உங்கள் பார்வைக்கும் முடிவுக்குமே விட்டுவிடுகிறோம்.
மக்கள் ஆதரவுடன் தனிப்பெரும் கட்சியான நம் த.வெ.க. ஆட்சி அமைத்துவிடவே கூடாதென, தி.மு.க. செய்த வேலைகளால் அதன் டீசண்ட் வெர்ஸன் அம்பலமான கதை ஒன்று நாடெங்கும் உலவுவதையும் நாம் நாட்டு மக்களிடமே விட்டுவிடுவோம். இதில் வேறு, த.வெ.க. ஆட்சிக்குத் தடையாக இருக்க மாட்டோம் என்ற பெருந்தன்மைப் பாடலைக் கீறல் விழுந்த ரெக்கார்டில் இசைக்க விடுவதெல்லாம் வேறு ரகம்.
நாம் இப்போதும் சொல்கிறோம். ஆதாரப்பூர்வமான குறைகளை யார் வைத்தாலும், அதை ஏற்று உடனடியாகத் திருத்திக்கொள்ளும் மனப்பக்குவம் பெற்றவர்களே நாம். ஆனால், நமக்கு எதிராகத் தன் சொத்தை வாதங்களை மக்கள் மன்றத்தில் வைத்துத் தோற்ற தி.மு.க., இப்போது அதையே சட்டமன்றத்திலும் தொடர்கிறது. அதையும் மக்கள் பார்வைக்கே விட்டு விடுகிறோம்.
நம்பிக்கை இல்லாததால்தான் நாம் இரண்டு தொகுதிகளில் போட்டியிட்டதாகக் கூறினார் மாண்புமிகு எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர். நம் வெற்றியின் வீச்சு எப்படி இருந்தது என்பதைக் கொளத்தூர் உள்ளிட்ட தொகுதிகளில் பார்த்தும்கூடவா புரியவில்லை? அதிகாரத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டு ஆட்டம் போட்ட தி.மு.க. அமைச்சர்கள் 15 பேரின் தோல்வியைப் பார்த்தும்கூடவா இன்னும் புரிந்துகொள்ளவில்லை?
இயல்புநிலை புரியாமல் இப்படியே தொடர்ந்தால், மக்களே இனி வரும் காலங்களில் தி.மு.க.விற்கு இன்னும் நன்றாக, ஆழமாக உணர்த்திப் புரிய வைப்பர். நம் மக்களுக்கு, ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக நாம் நன்றி சொன்னதை மறந்துவிட்டு, நன்றி சொல்லவில்லை என்று நாம் போட்டியிட்ட தொகுதிகளைப் பிரித்துப் பேசி, பொய் மூட்டைகளை அவிழ்த்துவிட்டது புரிதலே இல்லாத தி.மு.க. நம் மக்களை நாம் விரைவில் சந்திப்போம் என்பது நம் மக்களுக்கும் தெரியும். நமக்கும் தெரியும்.
ஆகவே, அதற்காகத் தி.மு.க., அக்கறையாக இருப்பதுபோல டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் தேம்பி அழ வேண்டாம் என்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். நாகரிகமான பதிவு (டீசண்ட்டான வெர்ஸன்) குறித்துத் தி.மு.க. பேசியது. நம்முடைய அரசியல் நாகரிகமும் டீசண்ட் வெர்ஸனும் எப்படிப்பட்டது என்பதைத் தமிழகமே பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. ஏன், அவர்களும் பார்த்தார்கள்.
தி.மு.க. என்னதான் நம்மை அர்த்தமற்ற முறையில் ஏளனமாகப் பேசினாலும், நாம் எப்போதும் நாகரிகம் காக்கும் நயத்தகு இயக்கமாகவே இருப்போம். அதிலே மாற்றமே இல்லை. அறிஞர் அண்ணாவின் கனிவைத்தான் அரசியலிலும் நாம் பின்பற்ற விரும்புகிறோம். இன்று, நமக்கு ஆதரவு அளித்த சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் குறித்துப் பேசுகையில், தி.மு.க. ஏதோ தாங்கள் சுத்தம் சுயம்பிரகாசம் போலப் பேசியதுதான் மிகப் பெரிய நகைச்சுவை.
1999இல் பா.ஜ.க. கூட்டணியைத் திடீரென நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் நம்பிக்கை வாக்கெடுப்பில் ஆதரித்த கதையை மக்கள் இன்னும் மறக்கவில்லை. அதன் பிறகு, அதே பா.ஜ.க.வுடன் கூட்டணி போட்டு வென்று, பேரம் பேசி, மந்திரி பதவிகள் பெற்றதையும் மக்கள் இன்னும் மறக்கவில்லை.
சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களில் சிலர், பா.ஜ.க.வுக்கும் தங்களுக்கும் எந்தத் தொடர்பும் இல்லை என்று அறிவித்துவிட்டே நமது அரசை ஆதரித்து வாக்களித்தனர் என்பது தி.மு.க.வின் அவதூறு கண்களுக்கு வேண்டுமெனில் தெரியாமல் போகலாம். ஆனால், மக்கள் நமது தூய எண்ணத்தை உணர்ந்தே இருக்கின்றனர்.
தி.மு.க.வும் பா.ஜ.க.வும் 1999-இல் சேஞ்ச் என்று கூறி எக்ஸ்சேஞ்ச் செய்துகொண்டது என்ன என்பதை நாடே அறியும். ஆனால், நாம் சேஞ்சையும் சேலஞ்சையும் நம்பி உறுதியாக, உண்மையாக அரசியல் களத்தில் நிற்பவர்கள் என்பதும் மக்களுக்குத் தெரியும். ஆகவே, எதற்காகவும் தி.மு.க. போல எதையும் எக்ஸ்சேஞ்ச் செய்துகொள்ள அவசியமே இல்லை.
மக்கள் மனத்தில் ஆழமாக வேரூன்றிப் புகழ்பெறப் போகும் மக்கள் அரசைப் புஷ்பா அரசு என்று தி.மு.க. ஏளனம் பேசி இருக்கிறது. மக்கள் தந்த தோல்வியால் கண்களிலும் காதுகளிலும் வாயிலும் மூக்கிலும் பொறாமையால் தி.மு.க. புகை கக்குவதாகத்தான் மக்கள் பேசிக்கொள்கின்றனர். மக்களே…
உங்களால் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் நம்மை எப்படி வேண்டுமானாலும் புண்படுத்தட்டும். நமக்கு எதிராகப் புறம் பேசட்டும். புலம்பல் பாடல்கள் இசைக்கட்டும். நாம் அதைப்பற்றிக் கவலைப்படவே போவதில்லை. மக்கள் பணியும் மக்கள் நலனும் மட்டுமே நமக்கு முக்கியம்.
மேஜிக்கல் நம்பர் நமக்கு இல்லை என்று கூறும் தி.மு.க., அவர்கள் செய்ய முடியாத மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்த பலவற்றை மேஜிக்கலாகவும் மிராக்கிளாகவும் நமது அரசு செய்து காட்டப் போவதைப் பார்க்கத்தான் போகின்றனர். ஆர்ப்பாட்டமின்றி அமைதியாக நாம் சாதித்துக் காட்டத்தான் போகின்றோம்.
அப்போதும் சொத்தைக் காரணங்களைக் கூறி, இந்தத் தி.மு.க. தப்பிக்கத்தான் பார்க்கும். அதையும் நம் மக்கள் பார்க்கத்தான் போகின்றனர். டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தை மட்டும் நம்பி நாம் இருக்கவில்லை. மக்களின் உணர்வுகளை நம்பி மட்டுமே நாம் இருக்கிறோம். இது புரியாமல், ரீல்ஸ் என்றும் ரியல் என்றும் தனது ரீல்ஸ் அறுந்துபோனது தெரியாமலே தி.மு.க. திமிராகப் பேசுகின்றது.
ஆனால், இப்படிப் பேசிக்கொண்டே ரீல்ஸ் உலகில் மிதக்கத் தொடங்கி உள்ளதும் ரியாலிட்டி அறியாத இதே தி.மு.க.தான். மக்களே… தோல்வியில் மூழ்கித் திக்கித் திணறிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் தி.மு.க., நம் மீது சேற்றை வாரி இறைக்கத்தான் செய்யும். அதைப் பற்றி நாம் கண்டுகொள்ளவே போவதில்லை. நாம் எப்போதும் மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்த செயல்களிலும் திட்டங்களிலும் சட்டங்களிலும்தான் ஈடுபடப் போகிறோம். மதச்சார்பற்ற சமூகநீதிக் கொள்கையில்தான் நாமும் நமது அரசும் உறுதியாக இருக்கப் போகிறோம். அதைப் பார்த்துத் தி.மு.க. ஆற்றாமையில் அலறப் போவது உறுதி.” எனக் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார்.
