“தேர்தல் களம் என்றால் தி.மு.க-வினரை போல சுற்றி சுழன்று பணியாற்றுபவர்கள் இருக்க முடியாது” என்று எதிர்கட்சியினரே சிலாகிக்கும் அளவுக்கு தி.மு.க வினரின் தேர்தல் பணிகள் மெச்சத்தக்க வகையிலேயே இருக்கும். ஆனால், நடந்து முடிந்த சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல் முடிவுகளை தி.மு.க அச்சத்தோடு எதிர்கொள்ள வேண்டிய நிலைக்கு சென்றுள்ளது.

தி.மு.க விற்கு பலமாக பார்க்கப்படுவது அந்த கட்சியின் உட்கட்சி ஜனநாயகம். பல ஆண்டுகளாக தி.மு.க- வின் பொறுப்புகள் அனைத்துமே, தேர்தல் முறையில் தான் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும்.ஆனால், இப்போது மாவட்ட செயலாளர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை தாண்டி மாவட்ட பொறுப்பாளர்கள் எண்ணிக்கைதான் அதிகமாக உள்ளது.கட்சிகாரனின் உணர்வுக்கு மாறாக நிர்வாகிகள் நியமனம் நடந்திருக்கிறது.
