In the recently concluded assembly elections, Vijay's Tamil Nadu Victory Alliance has won in 108 constituencies. Vijay has requested the Governor for the right to form the government. However, the situation requires the support of six more members to prove a clear majority. DMK's Stalin, AIADMK's Edappadi Palaniswami, and the opposing poles of DMK and AIADMK potentially joining forces to form the government has created a significant stir in political circles. In this context, DMK MP Kanimozhi was asked questions related to this when she met with journalists. In response, she said, "The Victory Alliance must be allowed to form the government. The people's verdict is supreme. It must be respected."

அதற்கு பதிலளித்த அவர், ” த.வெ.கவை ஆட்சி அமைக்க அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும். மக்களின் தீர்ப்பே மகத்தானது. அதை மதிக்க வேண்டும். துரதிருஷ்டவஷமாக யாருக்கும் பெரும்பான்மை இல்லை. யூகங்களுக்கு பதில் சொல்ல முடியாது” என்று தெரிவித்திருக்கிறார்.
