The civil court ordered that the petition must be heard and an interim order issued within three days. Accordingly, a petition was filed in the civil court on Ramadas's side. Edappadi Palaniswami and Anbumani Ramados, the case came up for hearing before Civil Court Judge Dharmaprabhu yesterday, Wednesday. The judge hearing the case ordered that a reply petition must be filed by Anbumani's side on Thursday. Following that, both parties must present their arguments, and the hearing was adjourned. In this situation, the court that dismissed Ramadas's petition has ruled that the mango symbol cannot be blocked. இந்த வழக்கு உரிமையியல் நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி தர்மபிரபு முன் (நேற்று) புதன்கிழமை விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. வழக்கை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி, இந்த மனுவுக்கு அன்புமணி தரப்பில் வியாழக்கிழமை பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும். அதைத் தொடா்ந்து இருதரப்பும் வாதங்களை முன்வைக்க வேண்டும் என உத்தரவிட்டு விசாரணையை ஒத்திவைத்தார். இந்த வழக்கு இன்று உரிமையியல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.
இந்நிலையில் ராமதாஸ் மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்த நீதிமன்றம் மாம்பழம் சின்னத்தை முடக்கி வைக்க முடியாது என்று தீர்ப்பு வழங்கி இருக்கிறது. மேலும் பாமகவின் தலைவராக ராமதாஸை அங்கீகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையையும் நிராகரித்திருக்கிறது. சின்னம் தொடர்பாக இந்திய தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தை அணுகுமாறு ராமதாஸ் தரப்புக்கு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டிருக்கிறது.
