Chinese President Xi Jinping, who came to Delhi for the BRICS summit, has been using a Boeing 747-8 aircraft for his foreign trips. For his security, this aircraft has been fitted with missiles and advanced equipment. He has been using a special car called the Hongqi N701. This car, made in China, is 18 feet long and 6.5 feet wide. It is fitted with bulletproof glass and puncture-proof tires.
This car has been strongly designed to withstand missile, artillery, and gunfire attacks. About 10 days ago, two Hongqi N701 cars were brought to Delhi by cargo plane. Along with them, state-of-the-art information technology devices also arrived by air. Xi Jinping is staying at the Taj Palace star hotel in Chanakyapuri, Delhi. A thorough inch-by-inch inspection has been carried out throughout the hotel. A ban has been imposed on aircraft and drones flying over the hotel.
Delhi Police senior officials have said that he will be provided with top-level security until he departs for Beijing from Delhi at 11 p.m. tomorrow night.
> In connection with the BRICS summit, more than 15,000 police personnel and more than 20,000 personnel from the central security forces have been deployed for security duty in the national capital, Delhi. Anti-drone armored vehicles have been stationed at Bharat Mandapam, where the summit is being held.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin are also addressing the business community here.
The International Media Center has been set up in “Hall No. 5.” Around 1,200 to 1,400 journalists from various countries around the world have gathered here to collect news about the conference. This media center will serve as a key hub for taking the major announcements, special events, and important visuals from the BRICS summit to audiences around the world.
Hotel charges increase
Thousands of people, including heads of state, delegates, and senior officials from countries around the world, have arrived in Delhi to participate in the BRICS summit. More than 3,000 hotel rooms have been booked in Delhi for their stay. As a result, all hotel rooms in Delhi have been reserved.
In particular, 5-star hotels have disappeared from booking websites. The charges for luxury hotel rooms have also increased many times over. In some hotels, the cost for one night has risen to several lakhs. It has been found that the daily rate for a room at Leela Palace has gone up to Rs. 6.2 lakh, Rs. 2.5 lakh at ITC Maurya, Rs. 1.2 lakh at The Lodhi, and up to Rs. 1 lakh at Le Meridien.

Putin’s aircraft that drew attention:
As Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in India for a three-day visit, the ‘doomsday plane’ he travels in has drawn attention. The Russian president usually travels in a special aircraft called the ‘Ilyushin IL-96-300PU’. It was on this aircraft that President Vladimir Putin arrived in Delhi. International media refer to it as the ‘flying Kremlin’ or the ‘doomsday plane’.
This aircraft, developed by the Ilyushin aircraft company in the 1980s, serves as the Russian president’s highly secure command center. This Russian aircraft, with four engines and capable of long-distance flight, is designed to protect top leaders during the worst conditions.
Two identical ‘Ilyushin IL-96-300PU’ aircraft were used for Putin’s visit to India. One of them was a decoy plane. To prevent anyone from knowing which aircraft Putin boarded, both planes flew at the same time. This double-security strategy is nothing new for Moscow. It is noteworthy that Putin has been continuing to travel to other countries in this manner for added security.
