The Women’s Development Conference organized by the ‘We the Leaders’ organization was held in Krishnagiri. Speaking at the conference, which was attended by members from the Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts, the organization’s president Annamalai said, "This is not a political conference. We have formed a women’s organization called Thaaragai by bringing together 8 women self-help groups here. We are holding this conference so that women’s groups can market their products and earn income.

Today, due to drug addiction in the country, women in every family are being affected. In every election, women account for 51 percent of the total votes cast. Men account for 49 percent. But when it comes to political power for women, it is only 5 to 10 percent. Our goal is to help them gain power and to make them entrepreneurs and business owners.
In the coming days, we will help women’s groups to the point where they can sell products in the name of their own organization. In addition, we will connect 25 more groups with these 8 groups and help them obtain various benefits through banks.

Our demand is that more industries should come up in Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri, and that the government should provide more projects for the development of Dharmapuri district.
The GST rate paid by Tamil Nadu has decreased this year. The reason is the lack of industrial growth. If this continues, Tamil Nadu’s economy will decline within ten years. Tamil Nadu will not grow by announcing attractive schemes, holding photo shoots, or opening libraries, or even by inaugurating the Mettur dam. New industries must be created.

All of us must come together and help this organization grow into a banyan tree. Our 2.1 million members should not be people who merely like posts on social media. We must work with the goal of capturing power next.
I have no connection with TVK, but when TVK was affected under the DMK government, I was the only one who raised my voice. At the same time, I also point out the mistakes of the TVK government.

Parties like CJP will not always have support. Their purpose is different... our purpose is different. At the same time, whether it is CJP, DMK, or any other party, they have the right to fight for the people. Those in power should understand that if they use oppression, resistance will only grow stronger. Whoever makes a mistake, I will point it out.
I was born in Tamil Nadu, studied in Lucknow, trained in Delhi and Andhra, and worked in Karnataka, so no one needs to teach me about nationalism.
It is nothing but political drama for Congress to remain silent while the SIR work was going on, then face the election, and only after the new government has been in office for 6 months accuse the voter revision list of being incorrect. If CJP students have made a mistake, action should be taken by following legal procedures; they should not act out of a desire for revenge.

Instead of making comments on social media about those who receive foreign funding and create unrest within the country, the police and intelligence agencies should take legal action.
We need to think deeply about why young people are moving toward new parties. It is easy to talk about change, but putting it into practice is what is difficult," he said.
