New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi has accused Narendra Modi of becoming Prime Minister with the help of foreign powers.
Last week, while speaking on the occasion of National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas), Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said, “Some hostile forces from abroad are conspiring to divide India and damage the country’s image. People should identify whom all they are secretly meeting in foreign countries.”
In response to this, Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi said on his X page, “Prime Minister, stop lying to the people of the country. You became Prime Minister only with foreign support; you remain in power only because of them.
The country’s financial system and social media are controlled by foreigners. If you have the courage, are you ready to debate this with me face to face on any platform?” he challenged. BJP’s response: In reply to Rahul Gandhi’s allegation, BJP national spokesperson C.R. Kesavan expressed condemnation.
In March 2023, C.R. Kesavan, who shared a video of Rahul speaking in London to British MPs and international organizations, said that it was Rahul Gandhi who openly called for foreign powers to interfere in India’s internal affairs and said that this was not merely an Indian political struggle.
Moreover, he has questioned why they are silent about what the secret links are between Congress and Rahul Gandhi and the organizations funded by international financier George Soros, as well as the ‘Hindenburg’ research firm, and what the purpose of Rahul’s frequent secret foreign trips is.
