It appears that Nanjil Sampath may leave the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam at any time.
Before the last Assembly election, Vijay gave Nanjil Sampath, who had joined Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, the post of party propaganda secretary.
Sampath also campaigned in support of TVK in the election.
In this situation, after the election, the MDMK came over to the TVK side. Even then, reporters asked Sampath about it.
“This Sampath will not climb the stage that Vaiko climbs” he had said.
At present, the list of speakers campaigning on behalf of TVK in the Tharapuram and Madurantakam by-elections was submitted to the Election Commission. Sampath’s name was not included in it.

At the same time, Vaiko’s name had been included. After criticism from the DMK over how the name of another party’s leader could appear in a list of names submitted on behalf of one party, that name was removed.
Nevertheless, Vaiko spoke at TVK’s campaign meeting.
While it was being said that Nanjil Sampath was deeply upset that he, the party’s propaganda secretary, had not even been invited to the campaign, Sampath posted something on X two days ago.
‘No one can turn my day into darkness. No one can extinguish my light’—his post was widely discussed in political circles as an expression of his dissatisfaction with the TVK.

“In the party, many of the MLAs, even the ministers, do not even speak Tamil fluently in everyday conversation. In such a situation, when this excellent speaker joined the party, we thought they had got a campaign cannon,”
To put it simply, as of today, he is the only speaker in TVK. So they could have used him for the election.
Since he has been in both DMK and AIADMK, he would have campaigned by criticizing both from an equal distance. But we do not know what the party leadership was thinking,” some in TVK can be seen expressing their frustration.
Some others familiar with politics say, “Everyone had already expected that Sampath’s importance would diminish the moment Vaiko extended support to the TVK. It was said that when the MDMK was in the DMK alliance, pressure was put on the DMK not to include Mallai Sathya, who had broken away from the party, in the DMK alliance. Sathya began appearing on DMK stages only after Vaiko left the DMK camp. This too should be understood in the same way,” they say.
We contacted Nanjil Sampath and asked him, “There are reports coming out that you are somewhat dissatisfied in the TVK.”

“That’s why I posted that status. You must have seen it, right? That’s what it means. That’s enough to understand. What else is there to say?” he said.
Before we could finish saying, “for the by-election campaign,”
“I wasn’t called, and I didn’t go,” he said.
When we said, “You’re the only speaker in the party,”
``You know it, the whole town knows it, but the ones who need to know don’t know it, do they? Let’s see, brother, we’ll take care of it,’ he concluded.
