DMK leader M.K. Stalin has criticized that the Chief Minister’s job is not a 10-to-5 job and cannot be like going to and returning from a shooting location.
He also alleged that the TVK government has, in just 5 months, received the humiliations that should have come over 5 years, and that raids are being conducted frequently to hide the failures of the TVK regime.
DMK leader M.K. Stalin took part in a felicitation ceremony held by the Dravidar Kazhagam at Coimbatore’s V.O.C. Park.
Speaking at the event, M.K. Stalin said:
''I consider the praise from DK as encouragement. This felicitation ceremony is like a mother’s kiss to her child. K. Veeramani is the one who protects Periyar’s ideology like a mountain. K. Veeramani is also the one who protected me.
I take Thigav’s praise as encouragement to achieve many more accomplishments.
It was Periyar who determined the path we must take; it is K. Veeramani who upholds his ideology.
Periyar is the intellectual force of Tamil Nadu. We have completed 99% of the work for Periyar’s intellectual legacy during the DMK regime itself. Chief Minister Vijay has opened the Periyar intellectual legacy started by the DMK after consulting an astrologer.
No one can avoid criticizing the TVK government. In the TVK regime, the astrologer decides everything. At the swearing-in ceremony, Chief Minister Vijay said there would be no power center. But the government is being run under his control.
Within just one month of coming to power, the power outage problem arose. Even now, they have not been able to fix the power outage issue. Even when the Vice President goes to worship at the Meenakshi Amman Temple, there is a power outage. The next day, action is taken against the engineer.
Tamil Nadu is turning into a city of murders. They boasted breathlessly about a pure and righteous rule. But in Tamil Nadu, murder news is spreading like a foul stench.
The number of missing girls is increasing. Sexual crimes against women continue to take place. A separate wing should be created in TVK for sexual offenders and drug dealers.
If they don’t even have the ability to catch criminals, then the TVK also has no ability to protect the prisoners they have caught. Escapes by prisoners are also increasing under TVK rule.
All the investments that were supposed to come to Tamil Nadu are going to neighboring states. Tamil Nadu was the leading state in the country in economic growth. In just 5 months, it has been brought down to ground level.
The TVK government has received in 5 months the humiliation it should have faced over 5 years. In 6 months, they have earned the people’s resentment. “They are inaugurating projects started by the DMK and then boasting about it,” said M.K. Stalin.
