8 people were killed when a bus overturned into a 200-meter-deep ravine on a mountain road in Nepal.
A passenger bus overturned and met with an accident on Friday in Kavrepalanchok district, Nepal. In this incident, 8 people were killed. Another 16 people were injured.
The accident occurred on the Banepa-Bardibas highway, about 60 km east of Kathmandu.
The bus fell into a ravine about 200 meters deep on the mountain road. At the time of the incident, 24 people were traveling on the bus.
The cause of the accident is not yet known. Police said the injured passengers are being treated at Dhulikhel Hospital.
The police further said that the bus was traveling from Banepa to the Sankhu area in the Roshi rural municipality.

அப்பேருந்து மலைப்பாதையில் சுமார் 200 மீட்டர் ஆழ பள்ளத்தில் விழுந்தது. இந்த சம்பவத்தின்போது 24 பேர் பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்துகொண்டிருந்தனர்.
விபத்துக்கான காரணம் இன்னும் தெரிவரவில்லை. காயமடைந்த பயணிகள் துலிகேல் மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருவதாக போலீஸார் கூறினர்.
பானேபாவிலிருந்து ரோஷி கிராமப்புற நகராட்சியில் உள்ள சன்குரே பகுதிக்கு பேருந்து சென்று கொண்டிருந்ததாகக் போலீஸார் மேலும் தெரிவித்தனர்.
