சீனியாரிட்டி அடிப்படையில் முதல் இரண்டரை ஆண்டுகள் ரமேஷ் சென்னிதலாவுக்கும், அடுத்த இரண்டரை ஆண்டுகள் சதீசனுக்கும் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் அந்தத் திட்டம் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.
