Furthermore, this goes against state rights. The Congress minister Viswanathan’s view that "the Governor appointed by the Union BJP government can continue as the Vice-Chancellor" seems like Congress has become a subordinate of the BJP government. It appears that the Congress party has changed its policy for the sake of holding office, as someone from the Congress party who supported the implementation of this law is now speaking against it.
