அந்த வீடியோவில் பள்ளி சீருடையில் இருக்கும் மாணவிகள் பிளாஸ்டிக் டம்ளரில் சக மாணவிகளுக்கு மதுவை ஊற்றி அதில் தண்ணீரை கலந்து கொடுப்பது போன்ற காட்சிகள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளன. இந்த செயலை சக மாணவி ஒருவர் தனது செல்போனில் வீடியோவாக எடுத்துள்ளார். அந்த வீடியோ தற்போது சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வைரலாகி வருகிறது.
இது தொடர்பாக பா.ம.க தலைவர் அன்புமணி தன் எக்ஸ் பக்கத்தில், “இந்தியாவின் ஆக்ஸ்போர்டு என்று போற்றப்படும் பாளையங்கோட்டையில் முருகன் குறிச்சி பகுதியில் உள்ள அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளியில், விடுதியில் தங்கி ஒன்பதாம் வகுப்பு பயின்று வரும் மாணவிகள் சிலர் வகுப்பறையில் அமர்ந்து மது அருந்தும் காணொலி சமூக வலைத்தளங்களில் வேகமாக பரவி வருவது அதிர்ச்சியளிக்கிறது.
கல்வி கற்று முன்னேற வேண்டிய வயதில் மதுப்பழக்கத்தைக் கற்று மாணவச் செல்வங்கள் சீரழிவது தாங்க முடியாத வலியை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. அண்மைக்காலமாகவே பள்ளிகளிலும், பள்ளிகளுக்கு வெளியிலும் மாணவர்களும், மாணவிகளும் மது அருந்தும் சர்ச்சைக் காணொலிகள் அதிக அளவில் வெளியாகி வருகின்றன.
சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் பொன்விளைந்த களத்தூர் அரசுப் பள்ளிக்கு சென்ற மாணவிகள் ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் அரசுப் பேருந்தில் மது அருந்தும் காணொலி இணையத்தில் வேகமாக பரவியது. அதற்கு முன் திருச்செங்கோடு அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியில் மாணவி ஒருவரின் பிறந்தநாளையொட்டி 11-ம் வகுப்பு மாணவிகள் சிலர் மது அருந்தி வகுப்பறையில் மயங்கி விழுந்ததும், கோவையில் தனியார் பள்ளி மாணவி ஒருவர் குடித்து விட்டு போதையில் சாலையில் தகராறு செய்ததும் செய்திகளாகின.
அவற்றையெல்லாம் விஞ்சும் வகையில், 9-ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவிகளே வகுப்பறையில் அமர்ந்து மது அருந்தியிருப்பதைப் பார்க்கும் போது தமிழ்நாட்டை திமுக ஆட்சியாளர்கள் எங்கு அழைத்துச் செல்கின்றனர் என்ற அச்சமும், கவலையும் தான் ஏற்படுகின்றன. சில தலைமுறைகளுக்கு முந்தைய தமிழக இளைஞர்களுக்கு மது என்றால் என்ன? என்பதே தெரியாமல் இருந்தது. பின்னர் அந்த நிலை மாறி தமிழகத்தில் மது அருந்துபவர்களின் குறைந்தபட்ச வயது 25 ஆக குறைந்தது.
இப்போது 10 அல்லது 11 வயது சிறுவர்கள் கூட மது அருந்தும் பழக்கத்திற்கு ஆளாவதாக தொடர்ந்து குற்றஞ்சாட்டி வருகிறேன். அதை உறுதி செய்யும் வகையில் தான் 9-ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவிகள் மது அருந்தும் நிகழ்வு நடைபெற்றிருக்கிறது. மது சார்ந்த அனைத்து சீரழிவுகளுக்கும் திமுக தான் காரணமாக இருந்திருக்கிறது.
மது அருந்திய மாணவிகள் இடைநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பதாக செய்திகள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. மாணவிகள் மீதான இந்த நடவடிக்கையில் பாட்டாளி மக்கள் கட்சிக்கு உடன்பாடு இல்லை.
இது மாணவிகளின் கல்வியையும், எதிர்காலத்தையும் பாதித்து விடும். இத்தகைய நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு பதிலாக மாணவிகளுக்கு மனநல ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்கி, அவர்களை மீட்டெடுப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை அரசும், கல்வித்துறையும் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
மது அருந்தியதற்காக மாணவிகள் தண்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஆனால், 21 வயதுக்கும் குறைவானவர்களுக்கு மது விற்பனை செய்யக்கூடாது என்ற விதியை மீறி மாணவிகளுக்கு மது விற்பனை செய்தவர்கள் மீதோ அல்லது அவர்களுக்கு மதுவை வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தவர்கள் மீதோ என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட உள்ளது?
தெருவுக்குத் தெரு மதுக்கடைகளைத் திறந்து இத்தகைய நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு மூலகாரணமாக திகழும் ஆட்சியாளர்களுக்கு என்ன தண்டனை? ஒரு மாணவர் அவரது வீட்டில் இருந்து இரு கிலோ மீட்டர் தொலைவில் உள்ள பள்ளிக்கு செல்ல வேண்டும் என்றால் இடையில் குறைந்தது இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று மதுக்கடைகளை கடந்து தான் செல்ல வேண்டிய நிலையை தமிழகத்தில் ஆட்சியாளர்கள் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளனர்.
மது உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து போதைப் பொருள்களுமே மக்களை கவர்ந்திழுக்கும் தன்மை கொண்டவை. மாணவர்களுக்கும், மாணவிகளுக்கும் கைக்கெட்டும் தொலைவில் மது கிடைக்கும் போது, பதின் வயதினருக்கே உரிய சாகச மனநிலை மதுவை சுவைத்துப் பார்க்கத் தூண்டும். இது தான் மாணவச் செல்வங்கள் பதின் வயதில் மதுவுக்கு அடிமையாவதற்கு காரணம் ஆகும்.
இப்படி ஒரு நிலையை ஏற்படுத்தியதற்காக ஆட்சியாளர்கள் வெட்கித் தலைகுனிய வேண்டும். தமிழ்நாட்டில் இளம் தலைமுறையினரை மதுவுக்கு அடிமையாக்கிய பாவத்திற்கான பரிகாரத்தை திமுக அரசு செய்தாக வேண்டும். தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள மதுக்கடைகளை மூடுவது தான் அந்த பரிகாரம் ஆகும். அதை உடனடியாகச் செய்து இளம் தலைமுறையினரை அரசு காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும்.” எனக் குறிப்பிட்டிருக்கிறார்.
