இக்கூட்டம் கடந்த 18 ஆம் தேதி காலை கிருஷ்ணகிரியிலுள்ள கட்சி அலுவலகத்தில் நடந்தது.
மாவட்ட, நகர, பேரூர் நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் சார்பு அணிகளின் நிர்வாகிகள் மட்டும் கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்க அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர். இன்னும் பல நிர்வாகிகள் கெடுபிடிக்குப் பின்பே அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டனர். செய்தியாளர்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்படவில்லை.

பின்பு செங்குட்டுவன் அங்கிருந்து வெளியேற, “உங்கள் கருத்துகளை ஆய்வுக்குழு வரும்போது தெரிவியுங்கள்” என்று கூறிவிட்டு, கூட்டம் ஒத்தி வைக்கப்படுவதாக மதியழகன் அறிவித்தார்.
கிழக்கு மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள கிருஷ்ணகிரி, ஊத்தங்கரை, பர்கூர் தொகுதிகளில் திமுக தோல்வி அடைந்ததன் காரணம் குறித்து கூற வந்திருந்த நிர்வாகிகள் ஏமாற்றமடைந்தார்கள்.
இதுபோலவே கடந்த 17 ஆம் தேதி ஓசூரில் நடந்த கிருஷ்ணகிரி மேற்கு மாவட்ட செயற்குழு கூட்டத்தில், “மாவட்டச் செயலாளரும் சிட்டிங் எம்.எல்.ஏ-வுமான பிரகாஷ்க்கு மீண்டும் வாய்ப்பு வழங்காமல் மேயர் சத்யாவை வேட்பாளராக அறிவித்த பொறுப்பு அமைச்சர் சக்கரபாணியும் பென் நிறுவனமும்தான் தோல்விக்குக் காரணம்” என்று குற்றம்சாட்டிப் பேசிய நிர்வாகிகள், “தன் தொகுதியில் வெற்றி பெற பணத்தை வாரி வாரியிறைத்த சேகர் பாபு, முதல்வர் போட்டியிட்ட தொகுதியை கவனிக்கவில்லை” என்று குற்றம்சாட்டிப் பேசியதும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
இதுபோலவே தருமபுரி கிழக்கு மாவட்ட செயற்குழு கூட்டத்திலும் யாரையும் பேச விடாமல் மாவட்டச் செயலாளரும் எம்.பி-யுமான மணி மட்டும் பேசிவிட்டு, ஆரம்பித்த சிறிது நேரத்திலேயே கூட்டத்தை முடித்துவிட்டு சென்றதையும் தருமபுரி மாவட்ட திமுக-வினர் விமர்சித்து வருகின்றனர்.
