Seeing that, I became very worried. In response, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu had issued a revolutionary statement. We will do this. Then we can observe the consequences that may follow,' he said. 'It was this courage that led me to file that petition against Judge G.R. Swaminathan. I said, "Remove, remove Judge G.R. Swaminathan." Corruption is not only about money; it can also arise from the opinions of the police officers who bring people in. Similarly, there are judges today who hold corrupted views. On behalf of the people of Vilathikulam constituency and college students, we have submitted a petition to MP Kanimozhi requesting that action be taken against Judge G.R. Swaminathan through Parliament. I believe that this judge will receive the justice he deserves,' he said."

இந்த நிலையில், தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் எட்டயபுரத்தில் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசிய அக்க்ஷய், ”தமிழக முதல்வர் இந்த தமிழ்நாட்டிற்கு குரலாக, பாதுகாப்பு கவசமாக இருக்கிறார். அவருடைய குரல்தான் இந்த மாநிலத்தையும் இந்தியாவையும் வரக்கூடிய காலங்களில் காப்பாற்ற முடியும் என்கிற குரலாக உள்ளது.

கருத்துக்களாலும் ஆகக் கூடியது. அதேபோன்று ”corrupted” கருத்துகளைக் கொண்ட நீதிபதிகள் இன்று இருக்கின்றனர். விளாத்திகுளம் தொகுதி மக்கள் மற்றும் கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் சார்பில் நீதிபதி ஜி.ஆர் சுவாமிநாதன் மீது நாடாளுமன்றம் மூலமாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று கனிமொழி எம்.பியிடம் கோரிக்கை மனு கொடுத்திருக்கிறோம். அந்த நீதிபதிக்கு தகுந்த நீதியை பெற்று தருவார் என்று நம்புகிறேன்” என்றார்.
