இதை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் வகையில் தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் தமிழ்நாடு ரைஸிங் என்கிற மாநாட்டை நடத்தி வருகிறோம்.
மாநிலம் முழுவதும் சீரான வளர்ச்சி, மாவட்டம் தோறும் பரவலான வளர்ச்சி என்று நாங்கள் கூறியதை எங்களின் செயல்கள் மூலம் நிறைவேற்றி காட்டியிருக்கிறோம்.
ஆட்சி பொறுப்பேற்றது முதல் இதுவரை ரூ.11 லட்சத்து 83 ஆயிரம் கோடி உறுதியளிக்கப்பட்ட முதலீடுகளைக் கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறோம். 34 லட்சம் பேருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை உறுதி செய்திருக்கிறோம்.

ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டு முடிந்ததும் வேலை முடிந்துவிட்டது என்று நினைப்பவனில்லை நான். ஒவ்வொரு துறைகளையும் தொடர்ச்சியாக ஆய்வு செய்வது என் வழக்கம்.
இதுவரை புரிந்துணர்வு போடப்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தங்களில் 80 விழுக்காடு நிறைவேறிவிட்டன. இந்தியாவில் இதுவரை எந்த மாநிலமும் இப்படியொரு முடிவை காட்டியதில்லை.
ஒப்பந்தங்கள் செயல்பாட்டிற்கு வர வேண்டும் என்பதில் நானும், அமைச்சர் டி.ஆர்.பி ராஜாவும் கண்ணும் கருத்துமாக இருப்போம்.
நேற்று முன்தினம் டி.ஆர்.பி ராஜா வியட்நாமிற்கு சென்று, மின்சார இருசக்கர வாகனங்கள், மின்சார பேருந்துகள் உற்பத்தி தொழிற்சாலையை தூத்துக்குடிக்கு கொண்டு வந்திருக்கிறார்.
முதலீடுகள் எளிதாக கிடைத்துவிடாது. மாநிலத்தின் கொள்கை, மனிதவள திறன், உட்கட்டமைப்பு வசதி, சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு, நிர்வாகம், நீண்ட கால நிலைத்தன்மை பொறுத்தே முதலீடுகள் ஒரு மாநிலத்திற்கு வரும். அப்படி யோசிக்கையில் முதலீட்டாளர்களுக்கு முதலில் நினைவு வருவது தமிழ்நாடு.
