The India alliance meeting is set to take place in Delhi tomorrow.
DMK will not participate in this meeting. However, the DMK had issued a statement saying that it would always raise its voice against issues affecting the national interest that are put forward by the other parties in the meeting.

"23 political parties have confirmed their participation in the 'INDIA janbandhan' meeting to be held tomorrow, Monday, June 8, 2026, at 12 noon at the Constitution Club in New Delhi.
A few parties have expressed their inability to attend this particular meeting due to their own reasons — however, they have also voiced their strong opposition to the policies and actions of the Modi government.
They have also made clear their stance against the Modi government’s anti-people actions: stripping millions of Indians of their voting rights, undermining the Constitution day after day, hounding opposition leaders through investigative agencies, severely affecting the livelihoods of millions of Indians, turning family budgets upside down through continuous price rises, shattering the hopes and aspirations of lakhs of young people, stalling the investment climate, and compromising the nation’s national interests through foreign policy.
Like India itself, the 'India Janbandhan' alliance too stands vibrant and united forever in its diversity."
