தொடர்ந்து முதல்வர் ரங்கசாமி கையெழுத்து போடுவதற்கான கோப்பு அங்கு வைக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் அதில் அவர் கையெழுத்துப் போடவில்லை. அதற்கு முன்பு தன்னுடைய பாதுகாப்பு அதிகாரியிடம், `நம்ம நேரம் வந்துடுச்சா…?’ என்று கேட்டார்.
அப்போது இல்லை என்று சொன்ன அந்த அதிகாரி, 9.45 நிமிடங்கள்தான் ஆகிறது என தன்னுடைய செல்போனை காட்டினார். அதையடுத்து அங்கிருந்த கோப்புகளை சரிபார்த்தவாறு, நேரத்தை கடத்தினார்.
