Anna Nagar is the legislative assembly constituency described as the 'VIP' area of Chennai city. This time, the DMK has fielded a new but very familiar face to the constituency. That person is N. Sitrarasu, who has risen from Youth Wing member to district secretary! Without any political background, Sitrarasu began his journey in the DMK as an ordinary grassroots worker.
