அதைப் போல தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் ஸ்ரீவைகுண்டம் தொகுதியில் காங்கிரஸ் வேட்பாளர் ஊர்வசி அமிர்தராஜ் வெற்றி பெற்றார். இந்த இரண்டு தொகுதிகளையும் தி.மு.க-வினர் கேட்டு கட்சித் தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் விருப்ப மனு கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். இதுதவிர காங்கிரஸ் வெற்றி பெற்ற மற்ற தொகுதிகளையும் தி.மு.க-வினர் கேட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

சென்னை வேளச்சேரி தொகுதியின் காங்கிரஸ் எம்.எல்.ஏ அசன் மவுலானாவும் தொகுதியை எட்டிப்பார்க்கவில்லை என்ற குற்றச்சாட்டு உள்ளது. இந்தத் தொகுதி குறித்து உளவுத்துறையும் தி.மு.கவும் நடத்திய சர்வேயில் சில முக்கிய தகவல் வந்திருக்கிறது. அதில் தொகுதியில் உள்ள பிரச்னைகள், தற்போதைய வெற்றி வாய்ப்பு குறித்தும் கிடைத்த தகவல் அடிப்படையில் இந்தத் தடவை கூட்டணி அமைந்தாலும் வேளச்சேரி தொகுதியை காங்கிரஸ் கட்சிக்கு ஒதுக்க வேண்டாம் என் மனநிலையில் தி.மு.க தலைமை இருப்பதாக தகவல் உள்ளது.

கடந்த சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் காங்கிரஸ் வெற்றி பெற்ற தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம், ஸ்ரீவைகுண்டம் தொகுதியையும் தி.மு.கவினர் கேட்டு கட்சித் தலைமையில் விருப்ப மனு கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். இந்த தொகுதியில் இதுவரை நடந்த தேர்தல்களில், 7 தடவை காங்கிரஸும் 5 தடவை அ.தி.மு.கவும் மூன்று தடவை தி.மு.கவும் வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளது.
