கடந்த மாதம் கார்த்திகை தீபத்தன்று திருப்பரங்குன்றம் மலை உச்சியில் தீபம் ஏற்ற உத்தரவிட்டது உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக் கிளை. இதில் சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு பாதிக்கப்படுவதாகக் கூறி திருப்பரங்குன்றம் பகுதியில் 144 தடை உத்தரவு போட்டார், மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் பிரவீன் குமார். இதனால் தீபம் ஏற்ற முடியாத சூழல் ஏற்பட்டது.

இந்த விவகாரம் தொடர்பாக மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் தரப்பில் பதில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது, அதில், “ திருப்பரங்குன்றம் விவகாரத்தில் சூழலை கருத்தில் கொண்டு 144 தடை உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது. நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவை நிறைவேற்றக் கூடாது என்பதோ, மதிக்கக் கூடாது என்பது நோக்கமல்ல” எனக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
மேலும், நிபந்தனை இன்றி மன்னிப்பு கேட்பதாகவும், நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்கை முடித்து வைக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் பிரவீன் குமார் உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக் கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளார்.
இது தொடர்பான வழக்கு நீதிபதி ஜி.ஆர்.சுவாமிநாதன் முன்னிலையில் விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
