21/6/2023 – 21/6/2026 வரையில் அன்புமணி பாமகவின் தலைவராக தொடர்வார். அதை பொதுக்குழு ஒப்புக்கொண்டுள்ளது என்று மோசடி செய்து ஆவணம் ஒன்றை தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திடம் அன்புமணி தந்துள்ளார்.
அதை ஒப்புக்கொண்டு தேர்தல் ஆணையமும் ஆவணம் ஒன்றை அன்புமணிக்கு கொடுத்துள்ளது. கட்சியின் நிறுவனர் என்கிற முறையில், ஐயாவிற்கு அந்த ஆவணத்தைக் காட்டியிருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், அப்படி எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை.
இன்னொன்று, தேர்தல் ஆணையம் கொடுத்துள்ள ஆவணத்தில், யாராவது இந்தக் கட்சியின் தலைவர் என்று பேச்சை எழுப்பினாலே, அன்புமணி தலைவர் என்பது செல்லாது என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதன் படி, தலைமை நிர்வாகக்குழு, பொதுக்குழு, செயற்குழு என அனைத்திலும் ஐயா தான் தலைவராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.
