அந்தப் பயணத்தில் நான் கோரிக்கை மனுக்களை மட்டும் வாங்கவில்லை. தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையையும் பெற்று திராவிட மாடல் அரசை அமைத்தோம். அந்த கோரிக்கைகளை நூறு நாட்களுக்குள் தீர்த்து வைக்க வேண்டுமென்று பொறுப்பேற்ற முதல் நாளிலேயே, உங்கள் தொகுதியில் முதலமைச்சர் என்ற புதிய துறையை உருவாக்கினேன்.
அந்த துறையின் மூலமாக மக்களிடம் இருந்து பெற்ற 4,57,641 மனுக்களுக்கு நூறு நாட்களில் தீர்வு கண்டோம். அந்தத் துறையின் மூலம் மூலம் 1.49 கோடி மனுக்களுக்கு தீர்வு கண்டிருக்கிறோம் என்பதை பெருமையுடன் கூறுகிறேன்.

அதன் சமீபத்திய உதாரணம்தான் ஒன்றிய அரசு தாக்கல் செய்திருக்கும் பட்ஜெட். அதில் பெயரளவுக்குக் கூட தமிழ்நாட்டுக்கு எந்த வளர்ச்சித் திட்டமும் இல்லை. இதற்கு முன்பு ஒப்புக்காகவாவது திருக்குறளை சொன்னார்கள்.
இந்தமுறை அதுவும் இல்லை. பொதுவாக தேர்தல் நடக்கும் மாநிலங்களுக்கு கூடுதல் நிதியை ஒதுக்குவது பா.ஜ.க-வின் தந்திரங்களில் ஒன்று. பீகார், ஆந்திரா, ஒடிசா போன்ற மாநிலங்களுக்கு அப்படித்தான் நிதி ஒதுக்கினார்கள். அதன்பிறகு அதை செய்தார்களா என்று பார்த்தால், அதையும் செய்திருக்கமாட்டார்கள்.
பா.ஜ.க வழக்கமாக செய்யும் அந்த ஸ்டண்ட்டைக் கூட தமிழ்நாட்டுக்கு செய்யவில்லை. அந்த அளவுக்கு தமிழ் மீதும், தமிழர்கள் மீதும், தமிழ் நாட்டின் மீதும் அவர்களுக்கு அவ்வளவு வெறுப்பு. இந்தியாவிலேயே தமிழ்நாடுதான் இரண்டாவது பெரிய பொருளாதார மாநிலமாக இருக்கிறது.
இந்தியாவின் வளர்ச்சிக்காக நாம் கடுமையாக உழைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். ஒன்றிய அரசுக்கு வரி வருவாயை வாரி வழங்கும் நம் மாநிலத்திற்கு மிக மிக சொற்பமான பங்கைத்தான் திருப்பித் தருகிறார்கள்.
எப்படியும் தேர்தலில் தோற்கத்தானே போகிறோம். அப்புறம் ஏன் தமிழ்நாட்டுக்கு நிதி ஒதுக்க வேண்டும் என்று அவர்கள் நினைத்திருக்கலாம். அவர்கள் தோற்கத்தான் போகிறார்கள் அதுதான் உண்மை. உங்கள் ஆதரவுடன் தமிழ்நாட்டில் அடுத்து அமையப் போவது திராவிட மாடல் 2.0 அரசுதான்” என்றார்.
